11+ Exam Date Confirmation 2015

The Grammar Schools in the Birmingham consortium, which includes the Handsworth and Sutton Coldfield grammar schools, have been discussing the date of the 11 plus entrance exam for 2015. It has now been set for Saturday 12th September. This is in line with recent changes proposed by Warwickshire grammar schools to have one single test, on one single day for Birmingham and Warwickshire. Research that we have conducted at KSOL shows that it is likely the exam paper will also be presented as a question booklet with a multiple choice format answer booklet. We expected details to be confirmed in March.

As of yet, no changes have been announced for the consortium of grammar schools in Shropshire, Walsall and Wolverhampton, whose exams take place on 1st July 2015.

Our tutors do a lot of research to ensure that KSOL mock exams adopt the most up to date CEM formats for the real 11 plus entrance exams, and as a result we have updated our Shirley, Solihull mock exams to mirror the format change mentioned above. Feedback from previous exams indicate that our papers are an excellent reflection of the real test.
