It has been announced that from September 2018, Buckinghamshire Grammar Schools will be changing 11 plus exam provider.
This change, starting with children currently in Year 4, will affect 11 plus entrance exams from September 2018 and beyond.
After moving to the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring (CEM at the University of Durham) in 2013, Buckinghamshire will be returning to their previous provider of the GL assessment, following criticism that the CEM 11 plus exam puts children from a lower socio-economic background at a disadvantage.
Ahead of the game
